Leading ASD Club
Proud parents, thriving kids

IT'S INCREDIBLE TO SEE SO MANY PARENTS READY TO GIVE THEIR CHILDREN A SPACE TO THRIVE

We've helped hundreds of families build more confidence, connected, and happy children through meaningful, autism-friendly activity.

Our supportive group program is built for children with ASD — whether your child is quiet, energetic, sensitive, or social. Every session is designed around comfort, safety, and gradual growth at their pace.

We've been trusted by parents who wanted their child to build social skills, communication, coordination, and most importantly — friendships.

At the heart of our program is community. Our experienced coaches and your fellow SFA families are here to support you and your child every step of the way.

The SFA Experience

Are You Ready For The SFA Experience?

We work with parents who want more than a class — they want their child to feel seen, supported, and excited to come back.

This is not a quick-fix program. It's not about perfection — it's about progress. You'll start seeing improvements in confidence, balance, and social interaction — but what really matters is that your child feels safe and understood.

You're not just enrolling in a club. You're giving your child a chance to feel like they belong.

We're here to give your child the environment they deserve — one where they are supported, celebrated, and free to grow at their own pace.

Our coaches will walk with you every step of the way. And the SFA community will welcome you with open arms.

We're proud of what we've built — and we'd love for you to be part of it.

The Heart Behind Sports For Autism

Hi, I'm Stacey.

I could write a book about why I started Sports for Autism — but the truth is, it all began with a very simple question I kept hearing from parents:

"Will my child be okay here?"

"He's pre-verbal… is that alright?"

"She's not potty trained… Is that a ok?"

And my answer was — and always will be — yes.

Because this isn't just a sports club. It's a place where children of all abilities are welcomed, supported, and celebrated. A place where they can laugh, play, and just be themselves — no expectations, no pressure.

I created Sports for Autism because I saw the same patterns over and over:

Children being left out. Parents feeling alone. Mainstream programs that weren't designed for neurodiverse kids. Families desperate for connection — not just for their child, but for themselves too.

From day one, my mission was clear:
  • Create a space where every child feels comfortable
  • Build small groups that truly suit their needs
  • Help them grow in confidence, coordination, communication, and friendship
  • Give parents the peace of mind they rarely get to feel

And the friendships that have come from this place? They've been everything.

I've seen children who wouldn't make eye contact suddenly laugh with a classmate. I've had parents cry because, for the first time, their child was invited to a birthday party. That's what this is all about.

It started with just a few families. Now we've helped hundreds. But the core hasn't changed.

We're still here to give your child a safe, joyful place to belong. And we're here for you too — because we know how much it means to be understood.

If this sounds like what your family's been searching for, you're already halfway home.

With love,
Stacey

The Struggles We See Most Often

01

"We've tried other clubs… nothing seemed to work."

Many families come to us feeling defeated. They've tried mainstream sports clubs, group activities, or even specialist programs — but nothing felt right.

The groups were too big. The staff didn't understand autism. Their child shut down, melted down, or just didn't enjoy it.

They're left wondering: "Maybe this just isn't for us."

02

"I just want my child to make a friend."

Time and time again, we hear this:

"They've never really played with another child." "I just want them to have one friend."

The heartbreak isn't just in the isolation the child feels — but in the loneliness the parent carries. Other programs don't create the environment needed for these children to connect in their own way, at their own pace.

03

"We're exhausted… we've got so much on our plate already."

Routines are hard. Schedules are packed. And when summer holidays or term breaks come around, it becomes even more overwhelming.

Parents are juggling appointments, responsibilities, and everything in between. Most don't have time to chase messages, wait for callbacks, or manage unclear information just to get support.

What they need is something simple, consistent, and calm — without the constant back-and-forth.

How We Help Solve These Struggles

You've done the hard part already — you've kept showing up for your child, even when it's been overwhelming.

You're here now, looking for something that actually fits. And that's where Sports for Autism comes in.

We've created a calm, structured, and supportive environment where children with ASD can thrive — socially, emotionally, and physically.

  • Through 1-to-1 consultations, we learn what your child needs most — and place them into a small group designed for their personality and pace.
  • Through fun, movement-based sessions, we help them build balance, coordination, and confidence without pressure.
  • Through routine and familiarity, we help them develop the social trust and skills to connect with others — often for the first time.

And through it all, you get the breathing space and support you deserve. You don't have to chase updates or fight to be heard. We're with you every step.

This isn't just a program. It's a safe, joyful space where real progress happens — one child, one family, one small win at a time.

The SFA Method

The Simple 5 Step Process To Giving Your Child A Space To Thrive

A proven pathway to helping you reach your optimum levels and ultimately achieve the goals you have set.

Step One 01

Consultation

1. First Contact
  • A consultation where we learn more about your child's personality, needs, and daily routine
  • Understanding your hopes as a parent — friendships, confidence, fun, or all of the above
2. Child Assessment
  • We gently explore your child's energy levels, communication style, and play preferences
  • Helps us match them with the right coach and group for a smooth, positive experience
Step Two 02

Placement & Personal Plan

1. Group Matching
  • Your child is placed into a small group (max 4) with children of similar pace and energy
  • Groups are carefully built to foster safety, comfort, and opportunity for connection
2. Parent Goals & Insights
  • We note your priorities (e.g., making friends, building motor skills, developing routine)
  • This guides how we shape each weekly session for your child's development
Step Three 03

Gentle Coaching

1. Play-Based Skill Development
  • Games and movement that develop coordination, balance, and motor skills
  • Social games that build turn-taking, teamwork, and communication — without pressure
2. Consistency & Trust
  • Sessions are designed to be predictable and low-pressure so your child feels safe returning
  • Coaches are patient, experienced, and autism-aware — and build trust slowly and securely
Step Four 04

Parent & Community Connection

1. A Break for You
  • While your child is engaged, you get time to relax, walk, have coffee — or just breathe
  • Many parents say this is their only peaceful moment in the week
2. Parent-to-Parent Support
  • You're not alone. Other parents here get it — and strong friendships often grow outside the sessions too
3. Updates & Check-Ins
  • We keep you informed on progress, wins, and anything you need to know
Step Five 05

Sustained Growth

1. Routine & Long-Term Development
  • Sessions become part of your child's weekly rhythm — bringing structure and confidence
2. Deeper Social Bonds
  • Over time, your child starts playing with others — building friendships that last
3. Continued Progress
  • As your child develops, we adjust group placement and session style to support their next steps

Discipline. Strength. Excellence.
